PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND REVIEW THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES! Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your disqualification from the exhibit and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.

Date for digital applications & digital entry has been extended to March 31, 2009. This is also the entry date for paper applications. Entry date for art delivery to the House of Art, 200 Main Street in Monson is April 4, 2009 between 9am and 11am. Jurying will begin at noon on that date.

Can't UPLOAD?? Jpg files may be emailed to goneinc@goneinc.com with subject heading ART SHOW IMAGES.
